We make the entire process from start to finish easy From placing the order on a user-friendly mobile-optimized website to selecting a pick-up or delivery option that works perfectly for you. You can choose between curbside pick-up, in-store pickup, and dispensary delivery to your home.
This comprehensive guide will take you through every step of the process so you know exactly how to order marijuana online.
Step 1: Go To Our Website
Your first step is simply to head on over to Risecannabis.com.
Once here, you’ll be asked to confirm that you’re over 21. Just click “YES” – if you are.
You’ll also be asked to accept the cookies via a banner at the bottom of the page. Click “Accept” and then you’re ready to explore.
Step 2: Order Online
The next step is to click on the “Order Online” button at the top of the page by the menu. Although there are other paths into the menu, this is the easiest option. This button is accessible from anywhere on the website for your convenience. You can also click one of the category photos such as “flower” or “vape” to go directly to a filtered menu for that category. You will be prompted to select your nearest dispensary.
Step 3: Choose Your State
Once you click this yellow button, you’ll be asked to select your location. Choose your state. The states we currently have dispensaries in are:
Step 4: Find Your Dispensary
When you click on your state, you can scroll down and select the dispensary that is closest to you.
Next to the name of each dispensary, you’ll notice an option to “View Store Details” if you need more information.
Depending on the dispensary, you’ll also be able to choose between the “Medical Menu” and the “Adult Use/Rec Menu”. Some dispensaries will also allow you to select either the “Pickup Menu” or the “Delivery Menu”.
Click on the menu that is appropriate for you and start shopping!
There are numerous navigation options for each menu.
You can use the search bar to find a specific product.
You can also sort your view alphabetically and you can opt for a grid or list view of the products.
If you’re using your mobile phone, you can click on the “Filters” buttons at the top of the page (below the search bar).
The first filter allows you to choose your products according to:
- Product categories
- Lineage
- THC potency
- CBD potency
- Specials
- Customer reviews
- Price
- Available weights
- Brands
Step 6: Choose Your Products
Now that you have a better understanding of the menu and how to filter the products according to your preferences, you can browse our range of items. Take your time and choose the product(s) that you need by clicking on the “Add to Cart” button.
Check the product you’ve added to your cart and confirm the action.
You do not need to be logged in yet in order to select your items – you’ll get a chance to log in during the upcoming steps.
Step 7: Review Your Order
Once you’ve added all the products you want, click on the “Proceed to Cart” button or the shopping cart at the top of the page.
Here you will be able to review your purchase. This page will provide a summary of your subtotal while adding on any fees for sales tax before showing you your estimated total.
Step 8: Checkout
After you’ve reviewed your order, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. You’ll be directed to a page where you can select your preferred pickup time from a drop-down menu. Choose the time you’ll be there to collect.
Note down any pickup instructions such as a note to the staff or special requirements.
Step 9: Sign In
At this point, you can click on “Sign In” if you already have an account. If not, then please fill in the details as requested to create a new account.
For security reasons, you’ll need to provide the details of the person who will be picking up your order. However, it’s best if you collect your medication yourself. Please fill in the following required details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Birth Date
- Email Address
- Mobile Phone Number
You will also need to upload a copy of your government-issued ID to verify your identity as well as a copy of the front and back of your state Medical Marijuana card. Depending on your location, there may be additional information needed.

Step 10: Confirm Your Order
Once you’ve filled in all the details, you’ll be directed to the payment page where you’ll confirm how you’d like to pay. Either choose the cash, credit or debit card payment method and amount. Finally, review your order and schedule your reservation by clicking on “Confirm Pickup Reservation”.
